Bids for pressure washing our common wall and entry area brick surrounds have been solicited and cleaning of these areas is scheduled to be completed by March.
The Board has received information and will be contracting for replacement of the large entry gate (leads to our HOA owned irrigation pump and pipe area). This work will be done ASAP as the contractor is available.
A new three year landscaping contract has been signed. The contract contains a thirty day cancellation clause for both parties. Our landscape workers cannot remember every individual request from homeowners, so If you do NOT wish a certain service on part of your property, please put up a small sign on Thursdays——for example:
