Pressure Washing Continues

Pressure Washing Continues 6/1 &2/2020.

As weather impeded David Pudles and crew’s ability to complete work on Friday, pressure washing will continue on Monday, June 1st, focusing on the homes on the inner loop of both Oxbow and Royal Oak. Depending on rain and lightning, work may continue through Tuesday, June 2nd.

The contractor will move planters and decorative items, prior to pressure washing of driveways and sidewalks and up to front doors. Individual owners and residents will be responsible for moving those items back into place after the area has dried.

We encourage you to work with your, across-the-street, neighbors to park in each other’s driveways while work is being done.  Alternately, you may park on the easement on Northern Way between the sidewalk and street. However, overnight parking is not permitted.

Should you wish to opt out of this service or, if you prefer to eliminate a specific area, you must email David Pudles, immediately with property owner’s name and property address.

Annual Pressure Washing

Pressure Washing Begins Wednesday, May 27, 2020.

This HOA has contracted with David Pudles to pressure wash driveways and sidewalks, up to front doors.

Pressure washing is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 27th at, approximately, 12 Noon. Work will continue through Friday, May 29th until completion.

BOARD UPDATES FEBRUARY 5, 2020

PRESSURE WASHING
Bids for pressure washing our common wall and entry area brick surrounds have been solicited and cleaning of these areas is scheduled to be completed by March.

LARGE GATE
The Board has received information and will be contracting for replacement of the large entry gate (leads to our HOA owned irrigation pump and pipe area). This work will be done ASAP as the contractor is available.

LANDSCAPING
A new three year landscaping contract has been signed. The contract contains a thirty day cancellation clause for both parties. Our landscape workers cannot remember every individual request from homeowners, so If you do NOT wish a certain service on part of your property, please put up a small sign on Thursdays——for example:
PLEASE DO NOT — USE THE WEED WHACKER ADJACENT TO MY FLOWER BEDS.
PLEASE DO NOT MOW NEW SOD.

Parking, Access & Additional Details

Parking on Your Driveway

During the milling process on Wednesday, June 19th, you should anticipate that vehicles parked on driveways can be covered in dust.

Due to the nature of the work being performed and heavy equipment involved, should you be concerned about any residue on or inadvertent damage to vehicles, Meyers Asphalt Services advises that you park inside your garage or cover vehicles that are less than 50 feet from the road.

Access To & From Your Home

For the majority of the project, work will be performed on one lane at a time.

There is only a very short window, approximately 1 – 1 1/2 hours, during the road repaving directly in front of your home, when you will not be able to leave or enter your driveway. We suggest that neighbors accommodate each other during this time by sharing driveways.

The day or time during which you will be affected will vary. Please look to the Meyers Asphalt Services work crew for direction on when your individual driveway will be inaccessible.

During the remainder of the project schedule, please follow the direction of the Meyers Asphalt Services work crew for direction on how to traverse in and out of Fairway Oaks and to your individual home.

Weekly Lawn Service

As previously communicated, this week’s lawn service will be provided on Wednesday, June 19, 2019. Normal Thursday service will resume on June 27th.

Friday Trash Pickup

There will be no Friday trash pickup on June 21, 2019. Normal trash pickup will resume on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
